Magnum Estate at KITB Batang: the company took part in the grand opening of the special economic zone PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) in Java. The ceremony was led by the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
At the event Magnum Estate presented plans to enter the industrial real estate market in support of the country’s economic development. The day before, the company’s management visited KITB at the invitation of Surio Tutuko, Executive Representative of KITB.
KITB is the largest industrial zone in Indonesia, covering 4,300 hectares, created as part of the strategy to bring the country into the top 5 global economies by 2045. It has already attracted 18 companies from 8 countries with investments of 14.8 trillion rupiah.
The launch of KITB represents new opportunities for Indonesia’s economic growth, and Magnum Estate said it will continue to represent the country on the international stage.
