We participated in the grand opening of the special economic zone PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) in Java. The ceremony was led by the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.
The event presented plans for entering the industrial real estate market to support the country’s economic development. The day before, the management of Magnum Estate visited KITB at the invitation of Surio Tutuko, Executive Representative of KITB.
KITB is the largest industrial zone in Indonesia, covering 4,300 hectares, created as part of the strategy to bring the country into the top 5 global economies by 2045.
It has already attracted 18 companies from 8 countries with investments of 14.8 trillion rupiah.
The launch of KITB represents new opportunities for Indonesia’s economic growth, so we will continue to represent the country on the international stage.
