At a conference held in Jakarta, Magnum Estate made an important announcement on legal protection in Indonesia: the safety and legal protection of its investors in Bali, as well as in the new capital of Indonesia (IKN), will now be ensured by the team of Professor Yusril Ihza Mahendra, founder of the well-known law firm Ihza & Ihza.
Yusril Ihza Mahendra is an Indonesian lawyer and statesman, regarded as one of the country’s leading legal experts. He is known for his understanding of constitutional law and land legislation, making him a key figure in legal support for business and foreign investment in Indonesia.
The event was attended by the founders of Magnum Estate, Stanislav Sadovnikov and Igor Maksimov. Professor Yusril and his team will provide legal support not only to the company but also to foreign investors facing local legal issues. Among the main tasks are resolving current issues with projects in Bali and establishing a reliable legal framework for future projects, especially construction in IKN.
The participants also discussed prospects for market development under the government led by Prabowo Subianto. Yusril Ihza expressed confidence in the continuation of current projects with the necessary improvements, paying special attention to land issues, which he sees as key to the successful continuation of construction. The stated aim is to provide investors with legal security and transparency in all transactions.
