On September 25, 2024, Indonesian President Jokowi personally participated in the groundbreaking ceremony, officially opening the construction of Magnum Resort Nusantara, one of the first luxury complexes in the new capital, Nusantara.
In his speech, the president emphasized the importance of the project for shaping the real estate ecosystem in the region and creating new opportunities for investors. Located in a strategically important area, Magnum Resort Nusantara will combine residential, commercial and entertainment zones, making it suited for travel, living and working.
The scale of the project is significant: with a total investment of 300 billion rupiah and an area of 1.3 hectares, Magnum Resort Nusantara is set to become a center of business activity. The complex, created using the latest technologies and principles of sustainable construction, is designed to comply with the highest standards of premium real estate. For Magnum Estate, taking part in the development of Indonesia’s new capital is a step forward and an opportunity to strengthen its position in the elite real estate market.
