Magnum Estate represented Indonesia at the largest economic event, the Davos Forum. The annual forum was attended by about 60 heads of state, as well as representatives of the global elite from more than 120 countries, with the total number of participants exceeding 2,800.
The main theme of the forum was “Restoring Trust”: participants discussed how to ensure security and organize cooperation “in a fractured world.” A wide range of issues was addressed, from the global economy and finance to artificial intelligence and investment in developing countries, including Indonesia.
Magnum Estate participated in a panel discussion on foreign investment, presenting a detailed report on the investment attractiveness of Bali and its prospects, and showcasing projects intended to transform the island into a prime destination for premium tourism. Beyond building resort properties, the company is working with Indonesian authorities to develop infrastructure in the most popular areas of Bali. After the event, investors from various countries expressed strong interest in investing in the country’s economy, including in resort and commercial real estate in Bali.
