Stanislav Sadovnikov is a co-founder of Magnum Estate, a full-cycle resort-property developer in Bali, Indonesia. He founded the company in 2019 together with Igor Maksimov. Magnum Estate has since delivered eight developments and 575 residences across Canggu and Berawa, Sanur, Umalas and Uluwatu.
Track record
Magnum Estate designs, builds, delivers and manages its own projects, so one team stays accountable from land acquisition through handover and rental operation. Under Sadovnikov's co-leadership the company has developed more than 150,000 m² of premium property in Bali's established investment areas.

Sadovnikov describes Bali as "the future of luxury resort living in Southeast Asia". In his published founder commentary he frames the 2025–2026 market as entering a data-driven, regulation-driven era, where transparency and compliance are the basis for serious capital rather than obstacles to quick sales, and points to the AMDAL environmental approval for the Berawa resort as a marker of that shift.
