DENPASAR, Founder of Magnum Estate International, Stanislav Sadovnikov, held a meeting with the Mayor of Denpasar, I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara, at the Mayor’s Office on Tuesday, 23 December 2025. The meeting was conducted in a constructive and open atmosphere, focusing on clarifying several issues related to Magnum Estate’s ongoing and planned investment projects in Denpasar and its surrounding areas.
During the discussion, Mayor I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara expressed his approval and support for Magnum Estate’s investment initiatives, emphasizing the importance of responsible development that aligns with Denpasar’s urban planning and sustainable growth vision. Both parties also discussed opportunities for future collaboration between the Denpasar City Government and Magnum Estate International, particularly in supporting economic growth, job creation and sustainable real estate development.
Stanislav Sadovnikov welcomed the positive response from the Mayor and reaffirmed Magnum Estate’s commitment to working closely with local authorities.
“We appreciate the openness and positive support from the Mayor of Denpasar. This meeting was important to clarify several matters and to ensure that our projects align with the city’s vision. We are very optimistic and look forward to future collaborations that will bring long-term benefits for Denpasar and its community,” Stanislav said.
He added that Magnum Estate remains committed to transparent investment practices and sustainable development, while continuing to contribute to Bali’s property sector through innovation and digital integration. The meeting marked another step in strengthening cooperation between international investors and local government in Denpasar, as the city continues to position itself as one of Bali’s key economic and development hubs.
