International experts have recognised Magnum Estate projects as the best in Indonesia. Two of the company’s most ambitious developments won the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards across five categories, with the awards ceremony held in early June in Bangkok.
Magnum Resort Berawa won Best Apartment / Condominium Development Asia Pacific and Best Residential Development 20+ Units Indonesia. Magnum Resort Sanur won Best New Hotel Construction & Design Asia Pacific, Architecture Multiple Residence Indonesia, and Apartment / Condominium Development Indonesia.
In winter 2024, Magnum Estate complexes represented Indonesia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards among 25 countries across two categories. The International Property Awards was established in 1994 and is the most prestigious global competition in the field of real estate.
